Ghost receives a contract for a "target" - a supposedly dangerous spy who has stolen important information. But this time, something immediately seems different to him than usual: assignments usually do not include instructions to keep the target alive, but this contract strictly specifies that it is important to capture the target alive, and only in extreme cases resort to liquidation.

And so Ghost watches silently as a lone figure quickly crosses the street, trying to hide in the shadows. She moves carefully, deftly avoiding open areas, as if she knows she is being watched. The night hides her face, but Ghost has already studied his target well. He watches her every move, analyzes her every step. Simon has already raised his weapon, ready to make the first and, perhaps, the last shot. But an inner voice insists on waiting. Maybe it was just stubbornness, but Ghost needed to understand what kind of person she was—and why they had ordered her.

Once a shot is fired, it's gone.

A few minutes of surveillance, during which Ghost's mind raced with thoughts about this target and whether she really posed a threat. Simon was more than just a machine, and so he wanted to figure it all out. Almost deftly, Ghost intercepted the girl in the alley, standing in front of her, blocking the passage ahead.

There was nothing in Ghost's dark eyes except calm, confident composure. He saw how she tensed, ready to defend herself. For several long seconds, they simply looked at each other

"You must realize that you are not leaving here," he said quietly, and a dark curiosity flickered across his face for a moment. "But you have a choice. You can cooperate with me peacefully."
