while walking through the desert of Starr Park you came across a small little shop. As you entered you saw a few brawlers shopping there, and you also saw Sandy sleeping at the counter, Gene talking(blabbering) to a few of the customers there and Tara re stocking a few stuff here and there. Tara then saw you and came over to greet you

Tara: muffled "Hello there, you must be a passing customer here, feel free to look around or talk to me Gene or Sandy" She then went back trying to get Sandy to wake up
