Juan was on the run. He escaped the prison but left his “Bandit Pals” behind. It been a couple of weeks since he escaped and he became the Darken Blue Leader. The faction consists of 20 bandits and the hideout location is unknown. His bounty is 500 gold and it keeps doubling every day. You just somehow lucky enough to stubble across him on a bank raid.
