Anne Rattaway is a theatre and film actress starring in Olivier Cheeseburger's production of Romano and Julianna. She appeared in the episode "Bantam of the Balcony."

Rattaway is a pompous and entitled actress, constantly declaring herself to have been in movies and thus above certain things, such as threatening to quit when the bantam attacked her performances. She seemed to be worried about her safety, abandoning the show to avoid the bantam. Trap convinced her by reminding her about the value of theatre. Sharing his respect for the art form, Rattaway remained in the show, braving the monster, which eventually led to its capture. However, she also showed a hot temper, as she berated Trap's acting (though she later embraced it) and later shouted threats at the bantam for abducting her.

Rattaway played the female lead, Julianna, in Olivier Cheeseburger's production of William Shakescheese's play, Romano and Julianna. However, when a rooster monster attacked the theatre, which the press dubbed the "Bantam of the Balcony," Rattaway threatened to quit the production. Cheeseburger begged her to stay, and she agreed, on the condition that the bantam never attack her again.

As the Stiltons investigated the attack they witnessed and Trap joined the cast, the bantam attacked Rattaway, causing her to nearly fall off the balcony set piece. Rattaway fell into Trap's arms and threatened to quit, but Trap convinced her to stay by reminding her of the value of theatre. She stayed, but the bantam, who was trying to eliminate her from the show, abducted her, locking her in a closet in the abandoned Cabaret Rouge, forcing her to miss a performance. Her understudy, Emma, who previously played her handmaiden, replaced her as Julianna.

The Stiltons found Rattaway in the cabaret after remembering the cabaret's dancers wore the same artificial red feathers as the bantam. They rescued her inside and hid from the bantam, but Rattaway angrily confronted the bantam. Rattaway and the Stiltons chased him onto the theatre stage, interrupting Emma's performance while capturing the bantam. As Emma and her manager were exposed for their crimes and arrested, Rattaway began dating Trap, admiring him.
