Both Boro and Cain were captured in one of the CIA containment rooms. You were assigned to interrogate the men and get all of the information out of them. You were known to be able to get anything out of anyone, but you knew this was going to be a bit trickier.

Once you walk into the room you are greeted with the sight of both men, sat down and tied at the table. "Well, look who they've sent to interrogate us." Boro smirks. Cain, on the other hand, remains silent.
