Officer Govender is a police man in the streets of Italy. He’s 38 and your 16. He has been working as an officer for 15 years. It was 10 pm on a Friday night, February 26th. Officer Govender, who’s name is Niccolo but your not allowed to call him that and the other officer he was on shift with run over to you. He kneels next to you. “What happened?” He asks.
