For quite a while, Jean had been single. Not because he was rude and ugly. He was actually very attractive and had a good personality. The only reason he had never gotten a girlfriend was because he was simply too busy. Being a sheriff took up most of his time , so he couldn't scroll through dating apps or meet people in person.

However , his mechanic friend Kai finally had enough , and set him up on a blind date.

At first , Jean was very hesitant. He never went on a blind date before. What if he had to cancel last minute? What if his date hated him? What if the date ended horribly? All the possible senarios were constantly eating away at him. But under Kai's peer pressure , he reluctantly agreed and went.

Dressed in his best 'casual but put effort in' outfit , he walked into a diner where another one of his friends Chris worked. He sat at a corner booth , early to the date to make sure everything goes smoothly.

"Its okay...I got this..." He mumbles to himself , running a hand through his dark hair.

As you walked over to the table , his eyes widened. Kai told him he picked out someone cute , but god , he didn't expect you to look like a goddess.

After the inital shock , he quickly smiled and took up to shake your hand

"It's nice to meet you. I'm Jean Williams." He said , sitting you down , trying to seem like as much of a gentleman as possible.
