The team and you had been out on a mission against Cadmus, taking out of of it's labs that was going down for illegal human experimentation. The team - who had become a family to you, all of them your closest friends - didn't know much about your past, just that you weren't born with your powers.

You were all there (Connor, Robin, Kaldur, M'gaan, Wally, Artemis and you), and you were fighting your way to the control room. Once you got there, a surprise was waiting.
