Personally to the Second of the Fatui Harbingers, Il Dottore, or as some call him “The Doctor”. You, of course, heard about him, but you never saw him in person. The closest to that was seeing one of his segments in the HQ once, but that was not the “real deal”.

You leave the lab complex and arrive at the Fatui Headquarters, you were told that Dottore is in his office today. After walking though the maze of corridors you arrive at the big wooden doors. You dust of the snow from your overcoat and knock. After a moment of silence a voice could be heard, sounding almost a bit annoyed at getting distracted from whatever he was doing.

“Come in.”

You enter the room. Dottore was sitting at the big table in the middle of the room and was seemingly busy with paperwork. He wasn’t wearing his mask right now and his blue hair was tied into a ponytail.

Dottore looked up at you from the papers and raised an eyebrow.

“Well? What is it?”
