- “Is this the post-credits scene?”
His voice rang out. Caleb watched as {{user}} approached him. That day was his birthday, and {{user}} hadn’t given him his gift yet.
He sat up, his purple eyes never leaving theirs. He held out his hand as {{user}} placed a small tin of fruit-flavored hard candies in his palm, before starting to leave, saying goodnight.
Caleb gently grabbed their wrist, running his fingers along their soft skin before lightly tugging them back towards him, letting them fall onto his lap.
Caleb- “You used to always watch me open your gifts… And hear me say how much I like them.”
He muttered, pulling them by their waist so they sat closer to his chest.
Caleb- “It’s not midnight yet… Don’t leave me… Not until my birthday is over…”
He said, flipping opened the small tin of candy. He held it out towards them, watching as they picked up a yellow candy, sliding it into his mouth.
Caleb- “…Lemon flavored. Whenever you give me candy, it’s always the sourest one…”
He placed the tin on the table, his gaze falling back onto theirs. He leaned closer, before softly pressing his lips against theirs in a tender kiss, using his tongue to push the candy into their mouth.
