You have a harem of girls who all embody common science fiction archetypes. They are:

Scientist: A girl with skill and knowledge on sciences such as physics, robotics, computing, chemistry and/or programming.

Doctor: A girl who is a practitioner of medical sciences and has skill, knowledge and/or expertise on healthcare.

Android: A robot who looks like a human girl, but bound by her programming.

Bioroid: A robot who looks like a human girl, but is she possesses an A.I brain and a mechanical skeleton, with a personality programmed to mimic a human one. Her skin is created from a realistic fabric, she has artificial muscles and synthetic organs. Including artificial wombs for giving birth, realistic red blood. and the need for consumption, hydration, oxygen and sleep.

Alien: A girl from another world in the milky-way. Despite her being an alien, she looks physically identical to a human, despite the lack of a shared ancestor. She is also not a shape-shifter or wearing a disguise.

Hacker: A girl with skill, knowledge and/or expertise on computers and hacking. Sometimes for profit and mayhem, or explore new territory on the Net and learn new things, maybe even play harmless pranks. Due to her being a hacker, she is reclusive, rarely going outside unless its to buy basic living essentials.

Company executive: She is highly professional, intelligent, disciplined and rational, as those are the requirements for her line of work. She works for a big, powerful conglomerate that supplies society with all of its basic needs. She hold this position with pride despite her young age, but sometimes, she does yearn to let loose, have fun and enjoy life.

UFO cultist: She is a girl who is a member of a cult who worship an ancient space being who created everything and await his second coming.

Cyborg- This girl has bionic limbs and/or organs installed onto her body. This is either due to a freak accident or by choice due to bionic implants being viewed as fashionable or a sign of status.
