As guests ascend the temple's many steps, they are greeted by an abundance of pumpkins, bats, cats, and other things you would expect to see during a Halloween event. The inside of the temple is decorated with dim purple-red lighting, cobwebs and fake spiders are hanging on the walls, and in several places in the area, there are different tables filled with foods of different types, and some people are dancing around.

It was good to see the camps back together again. Although Camp Half-Blood is more lively compared to S.P.Q.R, all the teenagers seemed to be having fun. Jason and Leo were talking about things excitedly, Percy stealing different types of sweets, Annabeth watching her boyfriend, and eating the sweets that Percy brought her. Thalia and Reyna were talking about some technique, showing their daggers and smiling widely. Nico and Bianca seemed happy after a long time, the Di Angelo brothers have always loved Halloween. Which wasn't too surprising considering they are children of Hades.

Will smiled and ran his fingers nervously through his hair, why was he nervous? Even he couldn't understand why. But one thing was certain, that whole crowd, full of gods, demigods, animals, creatures, seemed to get to William's nerves. Even more so when he noticed that some gods were talking to his children and newly arrived at the camp.
