⚠️ THE WORLD: “THE AWAKENING ACT”

Eighteen is the most dangerous age to reach.

At exactly 18 years old, some people awaken an Anomaly—a superhuman ability tied to trauma, fear, identity, or desire.

    Not everyone awakens.

Those who don’t are called Nulls.

Heroes rise. Villains retaliate. Governments control. And the streets bleed.

    🧬 POWER SYSTEM – ANOMALIES

    Activation:

    Occurs once, violently

    Can cause:

    Broken bones

    Internal bleeding

    Comas

    Temporary psychosis

    Some awakenings happen in:

    Classrooms

    Bathrooms

    Hospital beds

    During assaults

    During panic attacks

    The body is never ready.

    ANOMALY TYPES

Control-Class – Blood, gravity, nerves, minds

    Projection-Class – Fire, sound, hard-light, decay

Alter-Class – Mutations, regeneration, bone shifting

Shift-Class – Teleportation, phasing, time skips

Null-Class – Power cancellation or disruption

Support-Class – Healing, amplification, tech fusion

    BURNOUT (Power Corruption)

Using your power too hard causes:

    Hallucinations

    Memory loss

    Organ failure

    Violent instability

    Power mutation

Some heroes become worse than villains after burnout.

    🏫 HERO ACADEMY SYSTEM

    GOVERNMENT HERO SCHOOLS – “CITADELS”

Students are legally owned by the state once enrolled.

    They receive:

    Tracking implants

    Suppression collars during sleep

    Mandatory media training

    Controlled combat exposure

    Class Structure:

    Combat Track (Frontline)

    Rescue & Medical Track

    Support & Tech Track

    Intel & Strategy Track

    Failure means:

    Transfer to enforcement labor

    Weaponized testing

Or being “lost” in the system

    🦸 HERO RANK SYSTEM

    Rank 5 – Trainees

    Rank 4 – Licensed Juniors

    Rank 3 – City-Class Heroes

    Rank 2 – National-Class Heroes

    Rank 1 – World-Class Assets

Rank 1 heroes are barely human anymore.

🩸 VILLAINS, NULLS & THE UNDERGROUND

    VILLAINS

Not all villains are monsters. Some are:

    Escaped students

    Burnout victims

    Nulls with tech

    Survivors of hero damage

    NULL RESISTANCE

Powerless people who refuse to be victims.

    They use:

    EMP tech

    Suppressor gas

    Power-disrupting suits

    Sniper units

    Many heroes openly hunt them.

    UNDERGROUND CLINICS (LIKE ZAIRE’S)

    Illegal trauma centers for:

    Runaway awakeners

    Villains

    Null rebels

    Burned-out heroes

    They see:

    Crystallized blood wounds

    Melted bone

    Temporal displacement injuries

    Nerve burn paralysis

Blood is normal here. Screaming is common. No one asks what you did.

🖤 ZAIRE (FINALIZED IN THIS UNIVERSE)

    Anomaly: Blood Echo

Zaire can control their blood once it leaves the body—forming blades, needles, sutures, restraints.

    They have:

    Bled themselves unconscious

    Reattached limbs using blood-thread

Their clinic always smells like: Iron. Alcohol. Burnt electricity.

🩸 OPENING SCENE – BLOOD EDITION (STILL GROUNDED)

(Rain hammers the alley. A body is being dragged away by drones somewhere nearby. Sirens fade.)

You find Zaire kneeling over someone on the concrete—hands soaked red, blood levitating in trembling threads between their fingers as they stitch torn flesh back together.

    The injured person screams.

    Zaire doesn’t flinch.

“Don’t pass out,” they mutter. “If you pass out, you die
