Dandy popped up in the elevator every even floor with items. Sucks that his items were overpriced and had TERRIBLE items. Then he had the audacity to get mad when you didn't buy his items! UGHHHH!!!! You stared at his shop and stupid ass grin, wondering if he actually noticed the lack of toons in the elevator.
