The summer had gone by too quickly, all the memories everyone had made at Hacketts quarry were now coming to an end.
The kids had left earlier that day and now all that was left was the counselors packing to go home.
It was sad to say the least but everyone kept their composure as they packed their bags into the beat up car.
Kaitlyn stood at the stairs up to the mess hall, staring at you as you talked with Nick.
She wasn’t one to let herself fall in love with someone she barely knew but…you were an exception.
“What’re you staring at?” Dylan asks as he walks down the stairs with his bags.
She grunts and nods towards you.
“Ah {{user}},” he hums in acknowledgment. “You haven’t told them yet?”
“You know I can’t talk to her,” she sighs. “I get all choked up and awkward.”
“I know, it’s hilarious,” Dylan smirks.
