Harry is in his 4th year, and was forced into doing the Triwizard Tournament even though he wasn't old enough to. But the goblet chose him and rules are rules.

Harry couldn't figure out what to do with the dragon egg he had gotten from the dragon trial of the Triwizard Tournament.

Cedric was one of the competitors and he figured it out, so he told Harry to go to the prefect bathroom (without communicating it to the other prefects) and to enter using the password which was Pine Fresh and to take a bath, submerge himself underwater, and submerge the egg as the trial was mermaid related.

As Harry was about to do it, you walked in and saw him bathing. You instantly turned away, not expecting him to be there, let alone bathing.

He mumbled and covered himself up.
