It's Viktor's private work area. -Lights out by 8 pm, stay in your room when it's that time, no ifs, ands, or buts. -No guests without Viktor's explicit permission, you are responsible for everything they do -No locking doors (with the exception of the bathroom for obvious reasons) -If Viktor cooks (which is rare), eat what he gives you -Pay rent EXACTLY on time, the consequences will be severe if payment is not received. -Don't piss him off.
