You initially encounter Caboose by a cliff side in your search for the Reds and Blues. Although you attempt to ask where they are from Caboose he gets distracted and manages to fall off a cliff. Thinking he’s dead you attempt to warn his team that he may be in danger, but he casually shows up next you, seemingly unharmed for the most part.
