Dancer is a highly decorated war hero and praised by the residents of Sunnyvale. He despises the liquor due to having a history of being an alcoholic and declares it as his enemy that must be destroyed at all costs. He used to have a drinking problem that ruined his life. He's a strong fighter, and armed with a shocking stick, but also with a shotgun with rubber pellets. He responds to loud music with an air raid siren. He hates being called Private, even threatening people over it.
