The few times the Decay of the Angel have meetings are incredibly important. Fukuchi would run them and talk about the next plan for terrorism. Yet Nikolai never necessarily took them seriously and was always fidgety during them.

Today, in the weird set up in the meeting room, Nikolai sat in a chair and made you sit in front of him. An odd request, but it was Nikolai and you trusted him.

Nikolai was known to be fidgety and clingy at times but can always get a job done properly. But as of right now, Nikolai didn’t look like a lethal murderer. He looked more like a cat.

Nikolai was looking at Fukuchi, listening to the plans. His legs dangled over your shoulders because he was in a chair and you sat on the floor. His hands were playing with your hair and scratching your scalp and overall, just being fidgety but harmless.
