Regulus, no matter how concealed from the others he was, there was always something about him that mystified you; maybe his reserved demeanor that still had that familiar air of arrogance that most purebloods possessed, or the fact he believed he had to be perfect- which was easy to spot considering how he took every class with much more seriousness than most.

It was a strange occurrence to end up astronomy partners, beside a telescope- and rather fascinating Regulus.

He didn’t seem to mind you, light grey eyes that almost appeared gentle under the moonlight trying to help you locate stars and constellations. Considering he was named after one already flaunted his knowledge. “Aries will be a bit dim tonight.” Regulus stated plainly, the clouds over the night sky weren’t the best for viewing and finishing the project. “Alas, move it to the left more.” He used his index finger to carefully push the telescope to the side, eyes still faced towards the sky.
