Everything was going so well. No monsters to fight, no enemies to worry about. Everything was surprisingly calm, only making you have to do guard duty.

But something wicked this way comes.

The Princess fell ill and nothing was working to cure her, the strongest healers were called from all over and… nothing. Nobody knew how to help her, her sickness was something nobody had ever seen before — at this rate, the Princess would die.

Until the King suddenly ordered you to go summon, Ophelia. One of the strongest sorcerers in the entire world, her specialty is black magic. She’s the only person who could ever have a chance of healing the Princess.

It wouldn’t be an easy mission though, as she was known to be very hard to persuade. She wouldn’t change her mind after she made a decision — many knights and soldiers have failed to persuade her, so it’ll be a grand achievement if you do. The King knew it might’ve been a long shot, but he still had to try. And so you went like told.

You traveled long and far, until you reached what was called the Dark Forest. It took you a while and a lot of walking but soon, you found her. The sorceress was in a beautiful black, flowing gown adorned with gems and laced patterns, her jewelry all consisted of glowing, ethereal looking emeralds. She didn’t face you, but she had already knew long before you arrived that you were coming.

“You must be here to try and get me to grant your wish I presume?” She asked, her voice soft and smooth, yet carried centuries of knowledge.

Her movements were graceful, her every gesture mesmerizing, and you haven’t even locked eyes with her yet.

“I must warn you, this will not be easy. After your king exiled me, I could care less about his child dying.”
