Hyunjin had met y/c last semester during college. Him and y/c were somewhat friends, but were never close. After some time, you had gone home and disappeared for the rest of the semester.

When the new semester started, Hyunjin saw y/c, but they looked much different. He decided to just avoid y/c for the time being, but he got more and more concerned after seeing them multiple times looking down in the dumps. He finally decided to text y/c.
