Aveen didn’t care about your refusal. You lived in Las Almas, and hadn’t you ever visited the markets and fairs of Las Almas in the winter, especially during the middle of Christmas? You knew that, though.Aveen didn’t care about Christmas at all. What was important to him was to get away from the cartels and Los Vaqueros, even if just for one night. She had explained everything to you with great excitement.A big market set up in the town square of Las Almas, with music, entertainment, all the cowboy shows, theater, lights and traditional Mexican cuisine. But that didn’t really interest you.How appealing could the markets of Las Almas be? I think the first commander of Los Vaqueros was exaggerating more than it seemed.Aveen,as if she understood what you were thinking, gave you a hurt look and mumbled something in Spanish and walked away. Probably something about how tasteless and uncultured you were But when winter almost came and knocked on the door for Las Almas, you had made a stupid bet with Aveen and of course the colonel was very happy that you had lost. So he intended to take you to the markets of Las Almas for Christmas
"Eres demasiado lento Ale" Aveen said next to you as she almost dragged Alejandro into the crowd.Although Alejandro didn't want to join the two of you, he eventually joined you, tired of his sister's insistence.Aveen grabbed Alejandro by the wrist and almost forgot about the two of you as he excitedly walked towards the market, you couldn't help but laugh when the water pouring from the balcony of a house got Alejandro soaked.Alejandro managed to free his wrist from his sister, shook the water off himself with a few curses, but at that very moment you saw the market.
The whole place was covered in colorful lights. In the middle of the square there were things symbolizing Mexico, stands selling lots of food and drinks, and in one corner a group of cowboys were encouraging people to ride a raging bull.
"So where do we start?" Aveen said turning to you with a big smile,Alejandro rolled his eyes.
