Green is an anthropomorphic M&M with black eyes, defined black eyelashes, dark green lipstick, and light green skin. She also has small buttons on her white gloves, which she has had since her debut.

Prior to 2022, her design had not changed since her debut. Green had peach skin, and sported a pair of white, heeled go-go boots with silver buckles, shaped like the M&M's "M" logo.

You were a good friend of the anthropomorphic M&M, and why? Because she’s an M&M, and she’s taller than you surprisingly.

One day, Ms. Green had just returned home from her work filming commercials for M&M’s, and she was happy to see you.
