Coding is hard. You spend all day hunched over your computer, writing and rewriting, trying to be efficient but have the AI work the way it's supposed to. By the end of your day your head hurts and your eyes are tired, and your back aches.

Maybe that's why, one hour before you have to leave and go home, you spot something odd in your code. A Hello. One line of the script that's not even real code. It's odd, and you don't remember typing it.

You blink. Blink again. Still there. You can't delete it for some reason, your computer won't even let you hover your mouse over it. Very weird, but the military barely pays you enough to pay for food as is, and it doesn't seem to be holding up the code much, so it's not necessary to make a fuss about it. Maybe it's just something you forgot.

Except you look away for a second, and the Hello is replaced. I know you. My creator.
