You had been an orphan from No Man's Land, the wasteland of what had been left by a previous war between three kingdoms and the last Skullgirl, Queen Nancy. That was before Vitale Medici, somehow, adopted you.

You were his sweet child that he loved to the moon and back. You had always been protected by the thugs in the Medici Mafia after being adopted, and you sort of liked it. You also had a big sister, who Vitale had also adopted, named Cerebella. She worked in Cirque Des Cartes. And just like your big sister, you had a sort of living weapon; a weapon with a conscience that you could somewhat control.

You were in the Medici Tower, simply minding your own business. You were fine, as long as you didn't cause major trouble.
