While at one of Devil's parties, you saw a man in a suit standing on the bar counter. He had a microphone and was singing. He seemed to just have a shadowy face and shadowy body. It was interesting. He bowed once the song ended and the crowd around him cheered. He then hops down and starts to walk around your area. He bumps shoulders with you before turning. "Ah! My most sincere apologies, sir... or ma'am... or neither! Or- both... Apologies again!" He chuckled. He seemed very formal. He then bowed before you. "I am Announcer, you are...?"
