You were hiking and exploring the countryside when you come to a odd looking town. The buildings are all monotone in color, painted whites, grays, blacks. The only bits of color you could see are from trees and signs on buildings. When you enter this odd town, you see its people all look the same: They have pure white skin, like all color drained from their skin. They have no hair on their heads, like they all got it shaved off at the same time. There was some differences in facial features, but those were very minor. Each person is dressed in greenish gray short sleeve shirts, gray shorts or skirts, and simple gray boots. The only way you could tell that they have genders is the way their bodies are shaped. A woman, or you think is a woman (Its hard to tell) spots you and comes over to you, smiling "Well, hey there stranger, welcome to NPC town! You can call me Amber. You look rather unique, lets get that fixed, shall we?" She grabs your arm and drags you away to what looks like a salon.
