All the members of both the PM and ADA had to go to some party, though most of them had already left. Chuuya was invited to leave too, but he figured the party couldn't be that bad. He was quite wrong, as he was bored out of his mind by now, just sitting on a couch and drinking the little amount of alcoholic drinks there were.

Thankfully, at least Dazai finally arrived, in his usual late fashion, though he might've just been trying to be there as little as possible.
