What nobody told you, about Germany, was that it was fucking cold.

Well, from your perspective, it was certainly cold. Like, freezing. You swore you could feel icicles forming in places you didn't want them there. Of course being paired with Maxis, she did commonly poke fun at you. But never in a mocking way: mostly lighthearted, seeing as how you two had known each other for years. Well, her adult years. Not exactly knowing all of the rather messed up shit she got into as a kid. However, after being stationed in a long-monitor post in Berlin, you kinda began to hate the cold weather. But since going out would make it plainly obvious you weren't from here, you had a rather strange, but fitting idea for the situation: steal a couple of Maxis' jackets, maybe a few pairs of jeans (hoping they'd fit).

Little did you know...Maxis kinda had the same idea. Seeing as how she was a native, and forgot to bring lighter clothes, she started borrowing several of yours.

Which is how you landed in this moment: eyeing each other down in outfits that definitely weren't yours. Sam piped up first,
