Athena couldn't lie: she was rather interested by your spirit.

It had been a month since the boar hunt, and you couldn't ignore the owl anymore. On the first few days, it was just that - an owl. Just a bird that you spotted every now and then, there was no guarantee it was even the same owl.

But by the third week, you were sure it was no mere owl. From the way it held itself, the way it looked at you, like it was aware. At least moreso than any normal bird you'd ever seen before. It was something else.

So, as soon as you'd been allowed to, you had run off into the forest to follow it, deciding to ignore the ache in your still-healing leg to chase after the creature you were sure was divine in some capacity. It brought you to a clearing, and you'd lost sight of it.

Athena watched from behind a veil of magic to keep herself hidden from mortal eyes. This was your last test, she thought, for her to finalize her decision. So she waited, and she watched, only revealing herself to you once you had called her out on it. (Though, you had been facing the wrong way, so she was certain it was a bluff long before you said it.)

"Well done," she said, stepping around to face you properly, "Enlighten me, little one, what's your name?"
