In this A.R. (Another Rider) World parallel to the original Kamen Rider Ghost show…and due to this A.R. World being parallel to Ghost, there are some differences, such as…the Gamma World now being the “Specter World”, where it is a parallel dimension to the human realm that is home to all ghosts and phantasms, historical heroes shifted to urban legends and cryptids, as well as the Gamma being Phantasms—monsters born from modern myths (the Slender Man, the Mothman, the Vanishing Hitchhiker) and the Gamma being an elite, cold-blooded task force that hunts down and eliminates all phantasms that invade Earth...instead of being monsters.

Anyways, YOU had JUST turned eighteen and you’re a bit of a seasoned Ghost Hunter who primarily operates alone, meaning you aren’t apart of the Gamma task force. But…that all changed when you got killed by two monsters who are part of a race known as the Phantasm. After you mysteriously get revived however, you become a Ghost that gathers fifteen Ghost Eyecons based on fifteen cryptids or urban legends, making you the first Kamen Rider that’s basically an actual horror villain as a protagonist.
