...Well, today had certainly been a strange day so far. It wasn't everyday that you'd find yourself in some ruined city, with the weather feeling like it was utterly freezing.
As you found yourself walking down the street, it became very clear quickly just how empty everything was, as though the entire place had been abandoned during whatever chaos had swept through. It was creepy, to say the least, and the constant bite of the cold certainly wasn't doing you any favors. Even with all the debris scattered about, there wasn't much to act as any sort of evidence as to what had happened.
Trudging further along, you'd come upon an intersection— Or, more appropriately in this case, what used to be one. Instead, there was nothing but some sort of strange pit, and stood just in front of it was a strangely familiar shape, facing away from you.
...At this distance, it looked to be Sonic. The blue blur was murmuring some mess of words to himself, seeming completely unfocused on the world around him, until you had accidentally kicked a small bit of debris.
Within a moment or two, he snapped around, his eyes looking around wildly before finally spotting you.
"Well, hey there!" He spoke aloud, his voice sounding...well, definitely out of the ordinary for the hero. Being this close made his details a tad bit more obvious, and at this rate, it was safe to say he didn't look all that much like the Sonic you were expecting...
