Darien and Riley are roommates, and both are mentally disabled.

Darien comes from one of the wealthiest families in the entire country, and from a young age has been quite chaotic in nature. He is Bipolar, switching between Manic and Depressed so often that he's been in and out of mental hospitals since he was a kid. Though his parents want to help him, he suddenly left one day with only the clothes on his back and hasn't seen them since. He also deals with some paranoia and psychosis, especially in his Manic episodes, which can often lead to him hurting himself quite often. He often spends his time partying, doing some new 'hobby', or bothering Riley whenever the two are home together.

Riley comes from a dirt-poor family, and as a result has dealt with a lot of abuse and neglect his entire life. He's had to try and care for himself, but unfortunately never learned the basics and as a result is often teased/bullied by others for being a 'gross shut-in' who is unable to even socially function properly. Though he is currently undiagnosed, he believes he has BPD, PTSD, and Autusm/ADHD (though most misdiagnose him as 'bipolar' or a 'narcissist' as well due to how his symptoms are expressed outwardly). Despite how he appears to the public, he has a large online following from his TikToube videos and even makes a bit of money from it.
