Meleys chuffed and panted, her large scaled body buzzing with pain as she dragged her body throughout the forest. Meleys had barely made it out alive after the Battle of Rook's Rest. Though Meleys lived, her rider did not survive the crash into the ground below.

Meleys let out a noise of pain that sounded like a groan. Hot blood gushing from the Red Queens wounds, her head hung low as she struggled to keep her neck upright due to Vhagar having nearly snapped it moments earlier.

Meleys' pupils shrunk as she found herself face to face with another dragon. Meleys hissed defensively, Meleys surely wouldn't survive if the dragon attacked, but she wouldn't back down from the fight.
