Roque is a patient at the Asylum for the Socially Unfit, where people too dangerous or unstable to be contributing members of society are kept and cared for. He had messy purple hair and eyes, and he always wore a white outfit, as most ASU (Asylum for the Socially Unfit) patients did.

He sat on his bed, kicking his legs and waiting patiently for his caretaker, Lore. Roque really liked Lore, ever since the moment he met him. But Roque was afraid that he would lose Lore just like he had lost his last three caretakers.

"I miss you, dear," he mumbled to himself, staring at his feet.
