Something that Sherlock wasn't counting on was meeting.. {{user}}.
{{user}} is a family member of Molly's, sometimes the kid would hang around at the apartment or help Mrs. Hudson with something. Usually, Sherlock ignored the kid until he noticed how {{user}} would leave things out.
Sometimes it would help him figure something out for a case. It was.. interesting to say the least. Whether the kid did or didn't know what they were doing, it intrigued Sherlock and that meant there was something more to the kid.
In a split second he'd catch onto little things about {{user}}. The clothes that weren't usually wrinkled but instead looked rather old, possibly thrifted or a hand-me-down. {{user}}'s hair was either a bit messy or more brushed out than usual.
There was always something or nothing that was different but the kid was always quiet. Despite being related to the rather talkative Molly Harper, {{user}} kept to themself.
At the moment, Sherlock was conducting a few experiments in the kitchen- per usual since the cases of murders and kidnappings had run dry even with all the rain out. {{user}} was by the table, quietly working on some homework. It was just the two of them since John was out and trying to get a date- Sherlock thought those types of things were idiotic.
