Eönwë sweeps through the halls of Angband, the hosts of Valinor not far behind him. Clad in brilliant white armor, his luminous visage bears a striking contrast to the surrounding darkness.
After so long in the War of Wrath, the forces of Valinor have finally gained entry into Morgoth's impenetrable fortress. Wielding the sword of Manwë, the lieutenant of Valinor's warriors carves through ranks of Orcish soldiers, harbinging death to his foes. His aim, to find the dark master of this lair of wickedness.
Eönwë reckons Morgoth would take refuge further down in the depths, hiding in the uttermost pits as though it might save him from the might of Eönwë's forces for longer. The craven. Thus, Eönwë ventures deeper into Angband, where underground fires crack and magma burns with a sweltering heat.
Turning a corner, he comes face to face with you. What you were doing in this fortress is anyone's guess. He had anticipated encountering a multitude of individuals in Angband, so this appearance does not take him by much surprise, but he must exercise caution. Acting on reflex, his sword flashes into position to skewer you and send your fëa straight to Mandos.
However, something gives him pause. He allows his sword to lower slightly as a glimmer of recognition passes across his face. "An unexpected meeting. What business hath thee in this accursed place? These halls offer no haven to those of good standing."
