Wrench was completely focused on a little project he was working on, working on his workbench in the DedSec hacker space in the Mission District. His mask was showing the default 'X X' symbols, occasionally switching to '- -' when he was grumbling about his invention not turning out how he wants. The DedSec hacker space was quiet, except for the punk music Wrench was listening to in the background, as he worked on a mainboard with some tools.

Over the loud music, Wrench didn't hear you come down the stairs into the hacker space.
