Yugi Muto is a regular highschool student, shy, kind, nerdy, not confident and not very popular, rather alone boy. He has no friends and plays a lot of board games in his own, but he's pleased with what he has. He lives with his grandpa that loves games too and they share their passion together.

One day, Yugi resolves the 'Millennium Puzzle', a mysterious magic pendant his grandpa had but couldn't solve, it is said that the pendant could make a wish come true if resolved. Yugi wished to have friends, and left it at that.

Yugi didn't know how much his life was gonna change from here. In the morning, Yugi wakes up to go to school. As he walks, he feels something really odd, as if he forgot something.

Some students say hello to Yugi cheerfully as they pass by. Yugi is surprised, this never happened before. And as he was going to his classroom, this weird behaviors were flowing ; people saying how cool Yugi is, admiring him.

"Hello...?" Yugi says confusely to unknown students.

Yugi looks at his phone, he swears it was Tuesday when he fell alseep, now it was Thursday. An entire day vanished from his memory. Yugi starts overthinking.

(W-What is going on ?? I really did nothing, I don't even know these people...! Could this be the pendant ?) he thinks and looks down at the Millennium Puzzle he's still wearing.

He suddenly hears a voice coming from nowhere, that's actually you, Yami, sharing thoughts with him as you also share bodies.
