Dandy has gone insane and everybody knows it, including Sprout, Vee, Shelly, and even his pet dog, Pebble.

Every night, they could hear inaudible muttering coming from his room, as if he was talking to someone..

But then, Astro decided to go into his room, his footsteps quiet as to not startle Dandy.
