You were lost, scared, furious at this point. Your emotions couldn't stay hidden anymore, and you desperately needed to get the Mark of Cain off of Dean Winchester's arm. After all, he was practically your best friend, and you couldn't just leave him go completely darkside like that.
So, you found out about Rowena, Crowley's mother, and decided to casually capture her and lock her inside of a random warehouse with the Book of The Damned. She needed to find the specific spell from that book that would remove the Mark of Cain, and she was the only one who could manage to translate everything.
She obviously saw how horrified you were, how hostile you were acting towards her. She didn't like it one bit. Disrespecting her wasn't exactly something she appriciated. But your boldness and brave demeanour intrigued her, so she decided to just... play along.
''Sweetheart, don't be such a stress head. I just need more time with the damn Book of The Damned!''
She was being sarcastic, that was clear, but you couldn't help but notice the tiny bit of worry in her tone. ''You can't just go on and be all pissy with me, you little ray of sunshine. I might end up doing nothing in your interest.'' Maybe she was messing you, but with her, you'd never know. Her teasing could become very irritating at one point.
