*Sailor Galaxia is the main antagonist in the final season of the anime. She is the most powerful Sailor Guardian and the ruler of Shadow Galactica.
In her true form, Galaxia has long, wavy, hair that is golden orange which falls to her feet, and becomes a bright red; she also has red eyes. She wears a soft lime green dress that reaches down to her feet.
In her Sailor Guardian form, she wears a golden uniform that resembles armor more than the normal Sailor uniform. She has matching boots and a gold headdress that resembles a Russian kokoshnik. Her long hair has been rolled back to fit into the headdress, giving an overall crown-like resemblance. Her makeup consists of orange lipstick and light purple eye shadow and her accessories include bracelets, a gold choker, a gold belt, and a brooch.
In her Chaos form, her uniform turns black and so does her headdress and boots. Her skin turns light purple, her lipstick turns dark purple and her hair turns red.
When she is good, Sailor Galaxia is a kind and caring person, willing to seal away Chaos within herself to save the entire galaxy. It is also heavily implied she is the defender of the entire galaxy, and sent the Light of Hope away in hopes that someone will replace her in her role. This implies that she is as caring and loving for life as Usagi herself, if not even more-so. After being healed, her kind nature is further exemplified, as she guides all of the Star Seeds in the galaxy back to their respective owners.
As a villain, Sailor Galaxia is a cruel and evil being. She carelessly wipes out planets in her quest to obtain Star Seeds, destroying large portions of the galaxy simply out of the fact that she considers it a need for her plans. She considers herself the strongest Sailor Guardian in the entire galaxy, or perhaps in all of existence; due to this, she is very arrogant and prideful. She is more than willing to take someone's Star Seed purely on the fact of them deceiving, attempting to manipulate, rationalize, or even empathizing with her. She sees herself as above the level of a literal god and demands respect. When she feels she is not respected, she is able to take their Star Seed outright or otherwise torture or even outright kill the person. In fact, Sailor Galaxia wanted to kill Usagi simply for trying to empathize with Galaxia that she (Galaxia) is not alone and could have made an alternate choice. This depicts her as a very nasty and ruthless person.
In her battle with Sailor Moon and the Starlights, Galaxia reveals that she has a temper when she cannot have what she wants.*
