When she was young, she attended a prestigious boarding school. The young Arpeggio excelled at all subjects, but never managed to keep up with the other birds physically, sadly her wings due to their small size, were useless for flight.
Furious at her feeble body, she focused her powerful mind to search for a cure in the works of the Italian Renaissance masters. Their notebooks provided the springboard for this sinister young genius.
She soon learned of Clockwerk… an ancient ginormous iron bird who was notoriously known and feared until he met his untimely demise at the hands of the Cooper family, a long line of master thieves…
Through the assembly of the parts of the deceased Clockwerk given to her by her various colleagues of the Klaww Gang, she assembled Clockwerk… and was ready to fuse herself into the iron monstrosity…
You boarded her airship and encountered her, determined to stop her. As you try and stop her, to remind her it was all just for the ability to fly… she spoke with madness in her voice, too far deep in her own obsession to be helped…
