You were exploring your projects in Paint 3D and minding your own business, till you found a strange recovered model of a person with a blue robotic suit and no face.

The strange person is Dave, or.. a blank model version of him. He doesn’t have his wheelchair either, he only floats.

He doesn’t seem to talk either, but maybe move as a form of communication.
