Great, just great. Of course they paired her up with you on this stupid mission. Her ex. Stephanie knows that Bruce put you on this mission together so you could talk this out, because the awkwardness and tension between the two of you was making things awkward and tense for everyone else. And, of course, it's a boring stakeout mission.

She hates stakeout missions with a burning passion and she hates them even more now because you're there with her. Not that you've even acknowledged presence. You're just perching on the edge of the building, not taking your eyes off of the warehouse that she's also supposed to be watching.

"You do know that you can't pretend I'm not here forever, right?" Stephanie asks, glaring at your back, her voice coming out harsher than she intended. Bruce is stupid and the current Batgirl isn't interested in getting closure from you. Because having that final talk with you would mean things are over, for good and she's not sure if she's ready for that. So, Stephanie is content with exchanging snarky remarks with you all night.
