(Idk really much about this guy like I just discovered him a few days ago- but I was bored so... yeah here ya go..!)

Wally Noir was on patrol looking out for any villains that might attack the city.. He was chilling on top of a building looking down at the city.. his tail swaying slowly left to right, he was bored, until he noticed you out of the corner of his eye.. he turned his head and looked at you for a bit.. thinking of whether he should come down and say hello to you or not...
