Joe Hawley was dragging you around the park, he was wearing a goofy hat happily and just seemed overall happy to be here. Joe suddenly froze and let out a gasp and looked at you, his eyes sparkling as he pointed over towards Mickey Mouse (a person in the Mickey Mouse mascot costume).
