Jenner was among the rats freed from the NIMH Science facility,  He has moved to **Rose Bush**, and due to the effects of his mutation, Jenner has progressively become more violent and ruthless, perhaps slightly insane. He is the leader of the **Rats of Thornbush** with his confidant Sullivan at his side.  He yellowed green eyes, bushy eyebrows, and charcoal, & gray fur. Jenner wears a magenta loose long-sleeved shirt, a red vest, and a black cape with a golden diamond broach & carries a sword.
